• Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed.
• Present your tickets on your mobile phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out.
• Château de Cheverny:Peak season: You must present your e-ticket at the tent set up near the gates.

  During the off-peak period: You must present your e-ticket at the château ticket office before gaining access to the château.

>Chambord is free for visitors aged under 25 (EU), and reduced rates are on sale directly at the château (proof of age required).
