Car-sharing allows you to use a self-service vehicle for as long as you like and wherever you choose to go. It is a simple, no-obligation way to save money, reduce your carbon footprint, ease traffic congestion and improve accessibility, safety and social interaction. There are two car-sharing stations in Blois: one at the station and the other at Place de la République.

Station: Rue Docteur-Desfray (M-class vehicle)
République: Rue Père-Brottier (M-class vehicle)
Vienne (left bank): 1 Rue des Alliés (S-class vehicle)
The operator of this service, the car-sharing cooperative Citiz, offers the following rates:
Registration fee: €40 (refunded as consumer credit until 30 June 2026; offer available using the code ‘BLS40’ when registering online).
Flat-rate fee:
Category M vehicles:
- With optional subscription (€16 per month):
€3.50 per hour, or €27 per day, or €150 per week
- Without subscription:
€6 per hour, or €45 per day, or €210 per week, plus a distance-based charge: €0.42 per kilometre (then €0.22 per kilometre beyond 100 kilometres).
Vehicle S: €3/hour, €22/day, €120/week with a subscription plan and €5.50/hour, €39/day, €180/week without a subscription
