We are a young winemaking couple, Anaëlle and Valentin, who took over the domaine in the summer of 2024. After ten years' experience as a vineyard worker, we settled in Oisly at Domaine Octavie to share our passion for the winemaking profession through our wines. The 32 hectares of vines are located in Oisly in the Loir-et-Cher department on the plateau between the Loire and Cher rivers, in the Touraine and Touraine Oisly appellation areas. Our terroir, made up of Sologne sand on flinty clay, produces wines of character, aromatic, warm and rich in substance. We make it a point of honour to respect biodiversity and the environment around us. Our vines are grown in accordance with the specifications of Organic Farming.
