GUIDED TOUR OF THE BLOWN GLASS WORKSHOP IN AMBOISE
Housed in a cellar dating from the 16th century, this master glassblower’s workshop offers an insight into the history of glass and the techniques involved, followed by the chance to witness the creation of a unique, signed piece.
The workshop produces vases, jewellery and lamps in stunning colours and shapes for the shop. These pieces are crafted by Pierre Gallou, a pupil and collaborator of the great master glassmaker Patrick Lepage.
