GUIDED TOUR OF CHAMBORD CASTLE
It is a castle of excess, thanks to its location in the heart of the Sologne Forest, its Greek cross-shaped layout and its double-helix staircase. The French formal gardens are now part of history.

On the village’s main square, a lovely shop selling regional specialities will welcome you to sample the famous Palets Solognots – biscuits made just a few kilometres away – accompanied by a local wine.
